Fylgia Lodge in San Francisco is holding this year’s final cooking class Saturday October 19,2013 at Nordic House in Berkeley. We are making potatiskorv, which is a mild and delicious pork and potato sausage. Despite the common wisdom of not wanting to know what is in a sausage, we only use top quality ingredients.
You will get to have some freshly made Korv, and get some to take home. Making it yourself will demystify the process. We will show a few different ways to make Korv.
