The Fylgia Lodge cooking class at Nordic House in Berkeley is having a lutefisk cooking event in September.  Participants are invited to contribute their own lutefisk dish. We are looking for a variety of dishes featuring lutefisk – from the traditional boiled or baked to a newly revisioned recipe.   Can you wow us with a new type of lutefisk recipe?  How about lutefisk ice cream?  Maybe we can find a way to prepare lutefisk for every course of the meal!  One way or another, this WILL be a memorable event!!
